Project Overview:
We was tasked with creating an e-ticketing system for The Source Bar in Maidstone which would allow them to sell and manage tickets in-house for their own events, as well as external venues. We setup a system that seemlessly worked across all devices, including mobiles, tablets and desktop PCs/laptops.
The original system relied on a printed list of ticket orders. We then upgraded the system to allow for e-tickets with barcodes to improve the user experience, and reduce waiting times at the venue entrance.
Since 2013 more than 78,000 orders have been placed using the Source Tickets website.
